CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Tierra Verde Landscape, Inc . prides itself on its ability to respond efficiently to clients landscape concerns 24 hours a day. When calls are received by the office during regular business hours, a Customer Service Request form is completed by staff. Service requests requiring an emergency response are relayed immediately to the project crew chief ensuring timely field response. Routine customer service requests are scheduled by the Supervisor to be completed in a timely manner. Completed customer service requests are sent by the customer service department to property owners and managers monthly.
