 Carmel at Aliso Viejo | The Waterfront Past Award Winners

Tierra Verde Landscape, Inc., Orange County’s premier provider of comprehensive landscape maintenance services is proud to announce that it recently received two prestigious awards from the 50th Annual California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) Orange County Chapter Beautification Awards. The event took place August 2, 2008 at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club “Big Red Barn” in Irvine.

 CLCA, (a non-profit, trade organization of state licensed landscape and landscape-related limited specialty contractors), granted awards in 3 different landscape categories: Installation, Maintenance, and Lighting.

Tierra Verde Landscape, Inc. won in the category of “Multi- Unit Residential Maintenance of $3,001-$6,000” for its maintenance of the Carmel at Aliso Viejo Association. Tierra Verde also won in the category of “Multi-Unit Residential Maintenance over $6,001” for its maintenance of The Waterfront Homeowners Association.

Late last year, on November 9, 2007, at CLCA Annual State Convention held in Nashville, Tennessee, Tierra Verde Landscape, Inc. was recognized with an Achievement Award in the category of “Medium Commercial Maintenance Under  5 Years Old” for its landscape maintenance of the business complex, Delta .

This project was awarded for exhibition of excellence in maintenance on projects less than 5 years old, with a monthly contract amount from $1,001 to $3,000.
